Suitcases For Kids and NAR
Every year, thousands of foster children must relocate, often packing their few posessions into tattered grocery and garbage bags. Suitcases For Kids, a non-profit founded in 1995, and NAR have teamed up to collect suitcases for foster children in need. This year, NSBAR will be collecting used suitcases and dufflebags for this worthwhile foundation at the 2005 NSBAR Awards and Installation Luncheon. Simply bring your used suitcases to the luncheon and NSBAR will arrange to deliver it them to Suitcases For Kids. For more information, go to www.suitcasesforkids.org.

It's the Rule

Education Update
It's a brand new season for continuing education, and this year we have a great line-up of new classes and instructors! Also be sure to read up on our Broker Orientation Seminar, perfect for those thinking of opening their own office, or for those who need a refresher on running their brokerage.

Bills from NSBAR will be sent via email
Computers were supposed to usher in the age of "the paperless office." Remember those optimistic days, when we actually thought a computer might lead to an orderly office without a printer? At NSBAR, we've realized it has become very costly for us to continue printing and mailing all your monthly statements. The most popular use of the internet is for email. So why are we buying reams of paper to print up statements, to be taken to a bulk mailing service for folding and stamping, to be dispatched through the U.S. Snailmail Service? Read more...
