The Village of Lincolnwood recently passed an ordinance that will require sellers to submit water payments prior to closing their property. Read more about it here.

For those who still use PC Access™ and RE/Explorer™, you’ll be happy to know that they’ll probably be around for a while longer. The Board voted to renew our contract with FNIS, the developers of these products, for at least one more year.
