Government Affairs
Teardown Tax in Wilmette? The village of Wilmette will be considering a $12,000 demolition tax for each detached dwelling unit demolished in addition to the villages demolition permit fee of $1,680. Read more about it here.

General Membership Meeting August 14th. NSBAR will be hosting a general membership meeting at The Garlands of Barrington on Monday, August 14th from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Items to be discussed: upcoming events and continuing education courses in the Barrington area, and a Q&A session with NSBAR staff. A continental breakfast is included. NSBAR Awards and Installation Luncheon Come celebrate with your peers as NSBAR installs the 2006-07 Board of Directors and honors those among us who have made milestones in the industry. This will be held at the Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling Sept 13 at 12:00.
