Understanding The Bills From NSBAR and MLS
NSBAR is made up of two corporations; NSB (the ‘Board’) and MLC (Multiple Listing Corporation). You will always receive a separate monthly statement for each if you have charges on your account for NSB and MLC.

If you have chosen to set up automatic charging on a credit card, any and all fees on your account as of the 1st business day of the month will be processed to your credit card on file. You will then be mailed a receipt for payment. If your credit card declines, you will be mailed a notification. If it declines two or more times in consecutive months, your account will be subject to a $25 decline fee and your automatic charging will be inactivated.
*RPAC – REALTORS Political Action Committee. This money is sent immediately to IAR and NAR, so refunds of this money are not available at any time.
**MRED user fee is the amount of money that goes directly to MRED, as well as photo charges and MLS fines.
