How To Put Fort Sheridan Listings In The MLS System

There will be no new area number for Fort Sheridan. The Board voted to continue to keep The Town of Fort Sheridan in two areas, 40 or 35. The search would be by Subdivision (#11) as "Fort Sheridan" and all listing input should be specified as such. The home listed MUST have the correct mailing address in the input and the corporate limits must reflect either Highwood or Highland Park, depending upon the designated location of the property. We should not be using Area 37 since that denotes the military area of the property.

We we are unable to totally solve the problem for all agents who list and sell in The Town of Fort Sheridan but the Board feels that if the search is limited to "Sub=Fort Sheridan", and all listing agents are diligent in the listing input, all properties should be displayed.
