We hope you will strongly consider becoming part of the leadership of our organization. If ultimately elected, service on the NSBAR Board will begin in the Fall of 2025.

  • All BOD applicants are required to be NSBAR members.
  • Individuals are considered based upon their personal and professional qualifications and their commitment to NSBAR, not for their company or organizational affiliation.

Any NSBAR REALTOR® Member may nominate themselves by filling out the application. Open positions for the 2026 Fiscal Year are as follows:

  • Three (3) Director seats - two (2) year terms
  • One (1) Secretary/Treasurer seat - one (1) year term
  • One (1) President-Elect seat - one (1) year term

If you are unable to apply yourself, but know of any other strong candidates qualified to serve on our Board who would be a good fit, we ask that you encourage them to apply at the link below!

Your application must be received by Sunday, April 13th at 11:59 p.m.

All interviews will be held on Friday, May 9th and will be in-person at NSBAR. Kindly keep that day open for a physical interview, as you will be called for a timeslot for that day if selected for an interview by the Nominating Committee.

All Nominees will be officially vetted in coming weeks by our NSBAR Nominations Committee, helmed by Nominating Committee Chair Luigui Corral.
