NORTHERN ILLINOIS COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Bylaws, Article IV, Section 11 (c) Any former Member, or former applicant previously approved, may be reinstated in the same classification of membership upon recommendation of the Membership Committee and upon approval by the Board of Directors provided said former Member, or applicant, was in good standing at the time of the termination of membership.
