NSBAR's Dispute Resolution Services (Pro Standards), gives our Members a vehicle to explore and expedite ethics complaints.
Illinois REALTORS® Ombudsman Program is a structured communication and problem-solving service available to Members and Consumers to address complaints and questions that may be ethical, transactional, technical and procedural in nature.
The NSBAR Grievance Committee is a group of highly-trained peers responsible for REALTOR® Code of Ethics enforcement - reviewing all ethics complaints and Requests for Arbitration that are filed to determine which complaints and requests should be sent forward for a hearing.
